About Janpol

The company was founded in 1998.

We are a company providing a wide range of services to specialist gardening businesses in the Netherlands.

We also have the NEN-4400 certificate, confirming the highest standard of service. It is a quality mark of the Labor Standards Foundation (SNA). This certificate confirms that the company's workforce is managed reliably, wages and sales taxes are paid correctly, and employees can legally work in the Netherlands!


We have been engaged in the employment of foreigners in production in the Netherlands since 2020.

During this time, more than 2,000 people were employed.


Work details
Officially

You sign an agreement, receive a tax number, open an account in a Polish bank, receive health insurance and an A1 document
Without knowledge of languages

You only need a basic understanding of Polish words to understand the tasks you are given.
Simple job

The work involves performing simple movements. No knowledge or skills are required, only physical fitness and motivation.
Salary

Paid before the 20th of the next month to a Euro account in a Polish bank.
180 days

The maximum period of stay of an employee in the Netherlands is per year. You can stay in the Netherlands for 90 days, then take a 90-day break and then you can go again for 90 days.
13.68€ / per hour

This is the rate (gross) before taxes and other charges are deducted.
Coordinator

A coordinator will be assigned on site, who can be contacted to resolve issues related to housing, work, documents, health, etc.
Transport

In the Netherlands the company provides transport. This could be a bicycle or a car, depending on how far your home is from work.

Process of leaving for the Netherlands

Consultation
You contact the manager: we discuss all the details regarding work, wages, housing, etc.
You make a decision.

Documentation
To come you need to have a Polish work visa or refugee status. (for Ukrainian citizens it is possible to arrive without a visa - details are discussed with the coordinator) Upon arrival in Poland, we provide all the necessary documents for working in Poland and the Netherlands.

Date
We inform you of the date of arrival in Poland and add you to the Viber group, where all contact numbers and instructions will be.

Arrival in Poland
Get to the Iława city in a convenient way for you. Upon arrival, the coordinator will pick you up.

Work in Poland
Working hours in Poland constitute a minimum of 25% of the 90 days for a legal business trip to the Netherlands.
Payment: 28.10zł per hour (gross), or payment based on output, depending on the order.
During this time, we prepare the necessary documents for working in the Netherlands: we conclude contracts, open a bank account, PESEL, and prepare an A1 cover letter.

Departure to the Netherlands
Departure to the Netherlands on Saturday on a company bus.
On Sunday you are given instructions, assigned to production, settled in and given transport.
You start working on Monday.
